I joined the dynamic AGGY-M Group in January 2009 with a limited experience having worked before. The job opportunity at that time gave me a new exposure as it afforded me chance to learn and improve in the world of business. I found not only a mentor in the company chairperson, Ms Mikateko Holeni-Mdhluli, but was fortunate enough to step into an environment where my view on things were respected and appreciated. An environment where we as employees are encouraged to fly as high as we can, where our input means something and we are not ignored. I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from not only Mikateko Holeni-Mdhluli, but also the people I work with.
What I like best about my job is that it involves interacting with my colleagues at different levels of the organisation and across all functional areas. I love the fact that I get to learn new things about the company/business/market/etc. everyday. I love the sense of family around our workplace. We work hard, no doubt. Our company truly values people on a personal level, which makes the hardest of days just as great. There truly is a sense of caring for one another extending from the owner of the company downward to the lowest paid person staff membet.
BUT this said and done, at Aggy-M group you as a client, can rest assured, we are all well trained individuals with your best interest at heart, after all this is what it’s all about. The quality of our work stems from a proactive exchange of ideas among our team members and with our clients, rather than from only one individual.
